ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships with both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 2.5 years as a team member, which helped build a strong foundation in the business.I attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and am a proud parent of three. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
